When you submit a contact or support form, we collect the data you enter, which may include:

Purpose: To respond to your inquiry or support request.

Storage and recipients: Your submission is transmitted through our server to Google Chat (Google Cloud), where it is stored in our internal workspace. Access is limited to authorised Fintom8 team members. Google acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. We retain data only as long as needed to handle your request.
4. Embedded videos (YouTube)
Some pages offer embedded videos hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). The video player loads only after you click "Play the video". Once loaded, YouTube may process personal data such as your IP address and may set cookies. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

6. Demo tools on this website
The invoice converter and validator demos on this site process sample documents in your browser for demonstration purposes. Uploaded or selected sample files are not sent to our servers for persistent storage as part of these public demos.
